COMTRONIC has been selected by Deutsche Aircraft to supply the complete Overhead Panel for the 40-seat D328eco regional turboprop, designed for sustainability, efficiency and operational simplicity. This partnership strengthens COMTRONIC’s position in next-generation cockpit design.

The Overhead Panel is a key element of the cockpit architecture of the D328eco, integrating essential systems with intuitive, pilot-friendly ergonomics. COMTRONIC’s solution combines advanced optical engineering and robust design to ensure reliability and precision, even in the most demanding conditions.

COMTRONIC’s Complete Scope of Supply

The package will include:

• Illuminated panels and sub-panels with optimised day/night readability

• Custom control units and keypads tailored for the D328eco cockpit

• Advanced optical and photometric engineering, ensuring uniformity, anti-glare performance and optional NVIS compatibility

• Full qualification documentation compliant with RTCA/DO-160, MIL-STD and aerospace certification requirements

• Programme support and technical assistance throughout development and industrial ramp-up.
